The dashboard is your business command centre. It shows key metrics, recent activity, and quick actions — everything you need to understand your business at a glance.

Stats Cards

Five cards across the top of the page show real-time business metrics:

Card What It Shows
Total Revenue Revenue from paid invoices this month, with comparison to last month and a trend arrow (up/down)
Active Proposals Count of proposals that aren't yet won or lost, plus the total pipeline value
Pending Invoices Number and total value of invoices waiting for payment
New Opportunities Opportunities discovered this week from personal crawl targets and feed subscriptions
Time Today Hours logged today, plus your billable percentage for the current week

Setup Checklist

If you're a new user, a checklist appears below the stats cards. It tracks your progress through essential setup tasks:

  • Configure financial projections
  • Set up invoice payment details
  • Add your first client
  • Subscribe to opportunity feeds
  • Create a day template
  • Connect your bank account

Each item links directly to the relevant page. As you complete items, they're ticked off automatically. The checklist disappears once everything is done.

Recent Proposals

Shows your 3 most recent proposals with: - Proposal title - Client name - Value - Status badge (draft, sent, won, lost)

Click any proposal to view its detail page.

Opportunity Matches

Your top 3 opportunities sorted by AI fit score: - Opportunity title and source - Fit score as a visual progress bar (colour-coded: green for great fit, amber for possible, red for poor) - Quick action to view the full opportunity
